International Purchasing Executive

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

– Researching and identifying prospective suppliers, goods, and services.

– Selecting the most suitable suppliers in terms of reliability, product quality, and cost-efficiency.

– Preparing proposals, requesting quotes, and negotiating purchase terms and conditions.

– Monitoring supplier performance and resolving issues and concerns.

– Inspecting and evaluating the quality of purchased items and resolving shortcomings.

– Building and maintaining positive, long-term supplier relations.

– Analyzing industry and demand trends and supporting senior management with the development and implementation of sourcing strategies.

– Complying with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.

– Preparing reports and maintaining records of all transactions, purchase orders, receipts, and payments.

– Calculating price for imported products (by air, by cont)

BENEFITS:

– Salary: 20 – 40 million gross per month (upto 40 million if candidate is suitable for position of HOD – Import & export)

– Meal allowance: 30.000/ 1 day

– 13th salary

– Other bonus based on company’s business situation

– 12 annual leaves/ year

– Working time: 8h30 – 18h00 from Monday to Saturday, 1h30 for lunch time; off 2 Saturdays/ month

REQUIREMENTS:

–          Much experience as a Purchasing Specialist or in a similar role.

–          Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a similar field preferred.

–          Good working knowledge of purchasing strategies.

–          Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

–          Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

–          Proficiency in Microsoft Office and with business application software, purchasing, and resource planning systems.

–          Team player with strong organizational skills.

–          Solid cost analytical skills.

–          Good knowledge about International Logistics.

–          Fluency in English language (both written and oral)
